BIOGRAPHY

I’m N8 Newman. I’m a digital artist. My work explores the relationship between the fourth industrial revolution and the tenets of consumer culture. New tensions are manufactured from both condemnatory and reverential dialogues.

 

Ever since art college I have been curious about our traditional understanding of the zeitgeist. What starts out as indifference soon becomes corrupted into a carnival of envy, yet bringing with it the possibility of a new understanding.

 

As colourful vistas convey a sense of perfection, the viewer is left with an epitaph for the uncertainty of our times.
